Mel has been a property investor since 1985, and an Illinois licensed real estate agent since 1997. He works with Graff Realty, Inc.

Mel writes the newsletter for the Lake County Property Investors Association (LCPIA), and manages their web site.

An author, Mel’s self-published book is “Do it Yourself Evictions.”

His motto is “Underpromise and Overdeliver.”

 He lives with his wife of 30 years, Linda, who frequently accuses him of mumbling because she won’t admit she’s going deaf!
